COST

Spaces with attached parking: $40.00 for each 12x12 space per weekend day or $75.00 for the entire weekend including Friday night.

Spaces without attached parking: $30.00 for each 12x12 space per weekend day or $55.00 for the entire weekend including Friday night.

BOOTHS

There are a limited number of booths with parking/ambient lighting available. All other booth spaces will not have parking and may or may not have ambient lighting.

Booths will be assigned on a first come first serve basis with priority being given to full weekend vendors. Requests to be assigned a booth next to a specific vendor must be made via email to info@hinkelfest.com after registering.

Each outdoor vendor space is 12' x 12' without any utilities. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, etc. for their display. Ballfield fencing or the backstop cannot be used for displays.

We respectfully ask that you please refrain from smoking in and around your booths as other crafters and their wares may be affected by the second-hand smoke.

LIGHTING

Ambient lighting from the midway and ride lights will provide some illumination for all booths with parking and some booths without parking. You are welcome to supplement your booth with battery powered lighting. No generators or open flame lighting please.

ELIGIBLE MEDIA

All types of crafts are acceptable with the exception of the following: flea market items, silly string, all projectile objects/guns (potato, marshmallow, etc.), stink bombs, fireworks, and sparklers.

SET-UP

Assignments of spaces will be emailed the Thursday prior to the show. You will also receive contact information at that time. You may begin setting up booths at 3pm on Friday and 7am on Saturday and Sunday.

PARKING

Spaces that come with parking will have a parking area for one passenger type vehicle (car/pickup) at each space. This does NOT include vehicles with trailers. Any additional vehicles or vehicle/trailer combinations must be parked in the general/spectator parking areas. Spaces without parking will have vehicle access up until 15 minutes prior to the event start time each day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This show will be held rain or shine unless extreme conditions warrant a cancellation. Deadline for vendors to receive a full refund in the event they need to cancel is August 26, 2017. There will be NO CASH REFUNDS after this date but the vendor’s current year’s registration payment will be applied as a credit to the following year’s festival registration.
